Clinical Management Assessment and Improvement

North American Management provides Training and Technical Assistance (T/TA) on quality-related performance measures that place emphasis on health outcomes and demonstrate the value of care delivered by health centers. North American Management also provides T/TA clinically on prevalent conditions among underserved communities and the population across life cycles.

Outreach/Quality of Care

North American Management provides T/TA on outreach   emphasizing the basic underlining principle of outreach: to start where the client is outside on the streets and in the community. North American Management  also provides T/A on Quality of care to community health centers, which helps them in the process of selecting specific interventions to enhance health quality and to improve outcomes and benefits for individuals and populations.

Health Outcome and Disparities

Health disparities are differences in health outcomes between groups that reflect social inequalities. Since the 1980s, the U.S.  has made substantial progress in improving residents’ health and reducing health disparities, but ongoing racial/ethnic, economic, and other social disparities in health are both unacceptable and correctable. North American Management  works with community health center programs, so they can better understand and address disparities and help all persons in the United States live longer, healthier, and more productive lives.

Cultural Competency and Health Literacy

Our group of experts provides T/TA on cultural competency, so our clients can increase the capacity of health care and mental health care programs to design, implement, and evaluate culturally and linguistically competent service delivery systems to address growing diversity, persistent disparities, and to promote health and mental health equity.

Emergency Management Planning (EMP)

Our staff helps community health center programs with their EMPs, so they are able to ensure predictable staff behavior during a crisis, provide specific guidelines and procedures to follow, and define specific roles and responsibilities.
