US Department of Housing and Urban Development awarded North American Management a $20M contract to provide strategic planning and advisory support to the nation’s troubled and distressed Public Housing Agencies.

Provided Chicago Housing Authority strategic support and direction on the outsourcing of the City of Chicago’s Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program, which is the third largest in the nation.
