North American Management managed the Defense Logistics Agency with “high-end” graphic design support.

 

North American Management provided Bureau of Customs and Border Protection and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency with Metastorm Business Process Management.

 

North American Management managed the highly successful international “Boating Under the Influence” campaign for the US Coast Guard.

 

Provided Chicago Housing Authority strategic support and direction on the outsourcing of the City of Chicago’s Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program, which is the third largest in the nation.

US Department of Housing and Urban Development awarded North American Management a $20M  contract to provide strategic planning and advisory support to the nation’s troubled and distressed Public Housing Agencies.

 

North American Management provided acquisition support to the government of Trinidad and Tobago in the privatization of their oil fields. 

US Department of Health and Human Services published North American Management’s findings and strategic recommendations on the intervention and prevention of domestic violence in the publication “Shattered Lives”
