Project Description:
As a result of a transformation initiative, the Housing Authority of Cook County (HACC) engaged North American Management to conduct strategic planning activities and prepare a five-year strategic plan for the agency. North American Management conducted a series of interviews with key staff and stakeholders, reviewed HACC’s mission, goals and objectives and conducted portfolio assessment activities. The final result was a strategic plan prepared as a high-quality publication, with Board, key personnel, resident and community support. Following the completion of the strategic plan, North American Management developed a series of high-level support tools to help HACC implement and measure organizational, professional and personnel performance against the goals and objectives. Beginning at the agency level, North American Management created a cascading plan to integrate HACC departments, functions and line staff. The plan included a strategy map and performance objectives and metrics at the staff and program office level.
