Project Description:

North American Management currently provides a range of services for DLA’s Quality of Life Programs.  These services occur in the Andrew T. McNamara Headquarters Complex building or within the District of Washington National Capital Region.  This is an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

North American Management manages all task orders, providing required planning, research, administration, reporting, and product delivery.  The scope of task orders include: 

  • Market research, analysis, reports and concepts.  Conduct all levels of marketing: From research, analysis, concept development, and reporting to the delivery of the end product.  This work results in the development of comprehensive and integrated plans for the areas of fitness, wellness, and recreation; child development and family support; and special events.
  • Focus groups.  Provide all management and planning: Design survey/needs assessments and focus group sessions; develop methodology for collecting data; convene immediate follow-up meetings with management to provide feedback; provide recommendations to address issues; develop final report.
  • Promotional and media activities. Video, photo shoots, press releases, program materials, presentations, and conferences.
  • Advertising materials. Plan, develop, present, create, and provide a variety of advertising materials in support of Quality of Life Programs.  Materials may include posters, flyers, table advertisements, media announcements, and materials.
