Project Description:
Facilitated a staff retreat for the U.S. Department of Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration's Center for Mental Health. North American Managment coached the attendees, helping them identify key areas for change management. We gathered input to develop counseling strategies for national grantees. Strategies to promote better communication, both external and internal, were created, which led to the finalization of performance-based standards for line and support staff.
