Project Description:

The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), U.S. Navy study was designed to measure the following: customer satisfaction with ONI overall and specific products and services; awareness of ONI products and services; and usage patterns and usefulness of products and services. In addition, it was designed to achieve the following: Determine customer opinions of ONI strengths, weaknesses and ONI impact; assess customer perception of their future needs; demonstrate importance of customer perspective; and collect demographic profiles of ONI customers. Included trend analysis based on the results of the current survey compared to the results of past surveys.

Study Methodology included data collection via an on-line, web-based quantitative survey instrument. Developed the content of the survey instrument based on facilitated group interviews with stakeholders and previous surveys. Participants were recruited via email from among customers worldwide. Developed and hosted the web-based survey tool. Statistical analyses were conducted; the findings and recommendations developed; and the final report written. Delivered a briefing to the ONI Executive Committee, which was web-cast to authorized U.S. Naval personnel worldwide.
